How fast can you actually get here?
For emergencies inside our service area, typical arrival is 45–75 minutes, day or night. When you call, we’ll give you a real ETA for your address — not a vague “sometime today” window.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. The visit and the on-site quote are free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to proceed, the inspection is a flat $49 — told to you before we dispatch, never sprung on you after.
My breaker keeps tripping. What should I do?
Don’t keep resetting it — a breaker that trips repeatedly is protecting you from a real fault. Unplug what’s on that circuit and call us. If you smell burning or see scorch marks at an outlet, switch the breaker off and call straight away.
Do panel upgrades need a permit?
Yes — panel and service upgrades require a permit and an inspection, and we arrange both as part of the job. The price we quote includes them, so there’s nothing extra to organise or pay for later.
Is the phone estimate the final price?
Phone and website figures are honest guide ranges. Your electrician confirms one flat price at your door after seeing the job, and that’s the price you pay — the only way it changes is if you approve extra work.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes — 12 months on workmanship, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty on any parts or equipment we supply. If our work fails in that year, the return visit and the fix are free.
How do I pay?
Card, e-transfer, or cash — after the job is done and tested, never before. You’ll get an itemised invoice by email the same day.
